  • Anesthesiology is a division within medicine which essentially studied usage of anesthesia. . Anesthesiologist is a medical doctor who is skilled in anesthesia.
  • Physicians who control the doses for anesthesia in a patient before a surgery are known as anesthesiologist or anesthetist. His/her duty is to keep an eye on the blood pressure, breathing and heart rate of the patient so that the doctor can focus on operation.

The subjects that need to be taken after class 10th to pursue MBBS as a career option are:

After completing 10+2 level studies with 50% marks you need to appear in various competitive examinations like All India Common Entrance test, Entrance exam conducted by AIIMS , Entrance exam conducted by PGIMER , State wise Common Entrance test.After qualifying the examination you have to complete four years of medical school, followed by four years of training in the specialty of anaesthesiology.
