Aerospace engineering is the branch of engineering concerned with:
- Research, design, development, construction, testing, science and technology of aircraft and spacecraft.
- It is divided into two major and overlapping branches: aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering.
- Aeronautics deals with aircraft that operate in Earth’s atmosphere
- Astronautics deals with spacecraft that operate outside the Earth’s atmosphere.
Eligibility:
The subjects that need to be taken after class 10th to pursue aeronautical engineering as a career option are :
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
After completing 10+2 level studies you need to appear in various competitive examinations like IIT JEE,AIEEE and other state level examinations(CET).After qualifying the examination you can pursue B.E/B.TECH in aeronautical engineering from various colleges.
