Computer Engineering is a discipline that deals with:

  • Designing of PCs, workstations, and supercomputers, computerization of products like cars, planes, appliances, electronics, phones, communication networks, and developing software and firmware for embedded microcontrollers, designing VLSI chips, designing analog sensors, designing mixed signal circuit boards, and designing operating systems is the core job of the engineers in this stream..
  • Computer engineers also work to carry out research on robotics, which relies heavily on using digital systems to control and monitor electrical systems like motors, communications, sensors and. many other products

Eligibility :

The subjects that need to be taken after class 10th to pursue computer engineering as a career option are:

  • Physics
  • Chemistry and
  • Mathematics.

After completing 10+2 level studies with 50% marks you need to appear in various competitive examinations like IIT JEE,AIEEE and other state level examinations(CET) . After qualifying the examination you can pursue B.E/B.TECH in computer engineering from various colleges. The duration of this course is 4 years.
