Students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Athwajan have bagged medals in the recently held in National Thang-Ta Martial art event at Hyderabad.
In the event five DPS students won two gold medals, three silver medals and two bronze medals. “Twelve students from our school competed in the sub junior category and five students won medals. Shifa Tak and Saira Zahoor won gold while as Madiha and Huma bagged silver, also Barik won the bronze medal. The gold medalists have been selected for the World Cup which is going to be held in South Korea,” DPS statement said.
The chairman and the principal congratulated the students and complimented them on bringing laurels for the State and the school, statement said.
